Batch Load of Communications Process

Overview

The Batch Load of Communications process in M-Pathways allows offices to assign communications to multiple IDs, rather than manually assigning communications one by one to individual IDs.

Business Process

The batch load process consists of the following high-level steps:

1. Create an Input File

2. Upload the Communications Input File to the M-Pathways System

3. M-Pathways Processes the Input File and Sends an Email Report

4. Review Batch Load Communication Report and Resolve Communication Errors
