Upload the Fellowship Benefit Load Spreadsheet

Overview

This document provides messages, issues and upload results along with solutions for the Fellowship Benefit Eligibility Load spreadsheet.

	Enroll End Fel Elig Shortcode Change	E-mail and spreadsheet not received.	Check junk mail. Check user’s e-mail address on University of Michigan Online Directory. May need to have “@umich.edu‟ entered for alternate address.
File extension is not .csv.	Enroll End Fel Elig Shortcode Change	The spreadsheet was saved in a format other than .csv. The data on the spreadsheet was not uploaded.	Save the file in the .csv format by clicking on Save As, then selecting the “CSV (Comma delimited)(*.csv)” value in the Save as type field, and reload spreadsheet.
INSERTED Another fellowship exists in XXXXXX, contact Administrator.	Enroll End Fel Elig Shortcode Change	This is an informational message for the user to let them know their student has another Fellowship appointment in another department. The data for this specific EmplID on the spreadsheet was loaded.	N/A
NOT INSERTED Another fellowship exists in XXXXXX, contact Administrator.	Enroll	A fellowship for this student exists in another department, preventing the upload. The data for this specific EmplID on the spreadsheet was not loaded.	Contact the other department’s administrator to verify the validity of the existing fellowship. If department is unknown, enter DeptID here. If existing fellowship is no longer valid, the department administrator should process an END FEL ELIG transaction before user can proceed. Run the Job Data report to view all employed and fellowship appointments online.
NOT INSERTED Fellowship Elig End Date cannot be processed. Use “Benefit- Eligible Fellowship Change Form” to complete exception processing.	End Fel Elig	The end date is more than 90 days retroactive. The data for this specific EmplID was not loaded.	Complete the Benefit-Eligible Fellowship Change Form to end the fellowship retroactive more than 90 days. Submit the form to the SSC Benefits Transactions.

Enroll End Fel Elig Shortcode Change	The department ID entered on the spreadsheet does not exist, or the department is trying to load for a Grad Student appointment. The data for this specific EmplID was not loaded.	If student already has benefits, run Job Data report to determine correct department ID. Grad Student appointments cannot be entered using the Fellowship upload process. Contact department’s HR Administrator for more information. For uploading Fellowship appointments, update the spreadsheet for the impacted EmplID with an existing department ID and reload spreadsheet.
NOT INSERTED Fellowship in DeptID <XXXXXX> already exists. Verify the DeptID.	Enroll	Transaction Type: Enroll A fellowship in the DeptID listed on the spreadsheet already exists.
