Overview

The table in this document provides specific information regarding the different business process functions that U-M employees perform during the recruitment, selection, and hire processes. The M-Pathways role required for each business process is described.

Create and Manage Job Offers
  • All HR RESUME VIEWER access plus bullets listed below
  • Create, change, and clone job openings
  • Create and review job offers
  • Access to all reports that do not contain sensitive applicant data
    Note: An employee must be listed as a member of the Hiring Team/Approvers to access the job opening.

HR EMP PRCS COORDINATOR USER HR Employment Coordinator (EPC)

  • Add new Applicants
  • Administer approvals (reassign or approve for other Approvers on a job opening and/or offer)
  • Order background checks and review results
  • Finalize job openings and/or offers
  • Generate correspondence with Applicants regarding job offers
