Overview
There are four public queries set up for administrative offices to verify student communications selected and/or processed successfully, as well as those that error. The query results allow you to review communications sent by date (or by date range).
Queries
M_HE_COMM_SUMMARY_BY_CATEGORY - Communication Summary by Category
This summary report provides a count of the number of communications sent by date for a specified Communication Category. It allows you to drill down by letter code and date for more detail. The detail includes applicant-specific information such as name and UMID for the letter code selected.
M_HE_COMM_SUMMARY_BY_CONTEXT - Communication Summary by Context
This summary report provides a count of the number of communications sent by date for a specified Communication Context. This report allows you to drill down by letter code and date for more detail. The detail includes applicant-specific information such as name and UMID for the letter code selected.
M_HE_COMM_SUMMARY_BY_LTR_CODE - Communication Summary by Letter Code
This summary report provides a count of the number of communications sent by date for a specified Communication Letter Code. This report allows you to drill down by letter code and date for more detail. The detail includes applicant-specific information such as name and UMID for the letter code selected.
M_HE_COMM_DETAIL_BY_LTR_CODE - Communication Detail by Letter Code
This report provides detail by person for the specified Letter Code and date range. This report allows you to navigate directly to the Communication Management page by clicking on the UMID.
