Overview
The Create Requisition process within the eProcurement module has been updated.
Create Requisition
When creating a requisition, some recent updates are important to point out. The process largely remains the same, some items have simply either been renamed or moved.
Updated Tile
The Create Requisition tile now displays the number of items in the shopping cart.

Accessing Marketsite+
To access Marketsite+, click Punchouts in the left menu. This was previously referred to as Web Suppliers.

Requisition Defaults and Advanced Search
Click the Gear icon to access the Requisition Defaults page. After you have entered the default information, click Done to return to the Create Requisition page.
Click the Advanced Catalog Search icon to access the Advanced Search page.

Shopping Cart
The Shopping Cart now displays automatically on the Create Requisition page. The cart icon displays the number of items currently in your cart. To edit or delete items, simply click the Edit icon (to make additional changes to the Quantity and Unit of Measure) or the Trash icon (to remove items) next to the item.

Requisition Line Details
To view all Chartfield information, use the scroll bar directly under the Charfields tab.

Templates
To Edit, Copy, or Delete a template, simply click on Templates in the left menu. You no longer have to go through the Manage Templates page to perform these actions.

Note: You are no longer able to share your template with other users or copy a template that has been shared.
Favorites
Use the Actions menu on the Favorites page to Add to Cart, Add to Collections, Add to Templates, or Delete.
