View a User's Training Transcript

Overview

A training transcript is a personal listing of a user's completed training. Administrators can view the training transcripts of anyone in their domain. Managers can view the transcripts of their direct reports.

Step-by-Step Process

  1. Select All Viewable Users from the drop-down list.
    • If you are listed as the manager of the person being registered, select Direct Reports. Locate the user in your Users list and go to step 3.

  2. Search for the user.
  3. From the Select menu, select Training Transcript.
    • The training transcript opens in emulation mode. This means you are seeing the user's full account. If you navigate to another page, you will see that user's information not your own.

  4. Click Exit Emulation to leave emulation mode.
