Access and Role Changes

On June 29, the following access changes take effect:

  1. The time approver role (TL Time Entry Approver) will no longer be requested in the Online Access Request System (OARS). The role will be assigned with a nightly, automated process to Primary Time Approvers.
  2. The timekeeper role (TL Time Entry Users) will no longer include access to approve timesheets or to update delegate groups. It will continue to be requested in the Online Access Request System (OARS).
  3. The TL Delegate Updater role, available in OARS, may update any delegate group.
Details have not been finalized on how a new role for Delegates will be administered. More information will be posted here and on the project website as it becomes available.
