Checklist Data
Up to 50 checklist items can be extracted per letter. For each checklist item, the data file shows the Item Status (e.g. “I” for Initiated) along with a 30-character, a 10-character, and an optional 2000-character description. Merge fields are present for all 50 items even when the items are blank.
